COOKING CLASS WITH VIET CUISINE
Viet Cuisine restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese cooking courses. Under the watchful eyes of your passionate Chef Trainer, you’ll learn to craft wonderful stocks and sauces, produce authentic fresh Viet dishes, and become skilled at cooking a variety of traditional pork, chicken, fish, and vegetable dishes, as well as irresistible dessert. You’ll train at your own personal workstation designed specifically for cooking classes. Imagine yourself, dressed in your chef’s white hat and apron, growing in skill and confidence as you prepare Viet dishes under the guidance of the Chef-Trainer. It’s never been easier, with convenient class time and two scheduling options to choose from.
09.00/16.00: Meet the chef, briefing of program. Enjoy tea or coffee.
09.15/16.15: Short visit to Hang Be Market. Learn to choose fresh ingredients needed for the lesson.
10.30/ 17.30:
Back to the restaurant for a little rest, washing hands, wearing apron, chef hat and ready for cooking. Cooking recipe, ingredients and utensils will be placed properly on each table. Watch chef’s demonstration and start practicing.
Step 1: Introduction
Brief introduction on Vietnamese food, ingredients, compliments, cooking utensils.
Step 2: Cook and enjoy
Not just observing but you will actually prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the chef from the beginning to the end, learning how to marinate and to spice will be the most crucial lesson. You will also enjoy decorating dishes with carrot flowers, lemon grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili.The authentic magical deeping sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lemon, chili, garlic, pepper and herbs is very easy to make.
12:00/19:00: Enjoy all delicious dishes you have just cooked!!!
